You need to get the right products in front of the right people. People are obsessed with getting great locations but that's not it. A great location will only bring you half of the way. You need to get the right products in front of the people at the business or they will never use your machines. I would go so far as to even say that product selection is more important than the location itself.

Vending Management:

You need a way to manage your entire vending route. You need to use an online vending management solution to track your business. This is the one point that I see more operators fail on than any other. Good vending management software will let you keep track of which products are selling the best and keep track of your inventory for you. This way you know you need to bring, where you need to bring them and when the machines need serviced.
