Our Privacy Policy
In a simple statement, our Privacy Policy is this - any information you provide to Vend-Trak stays at Vend-Trak. We do not share or sell your personal information with anyone. We are in the business of providing you with an easy to use business management tool, not spamming or soliciting you with senseless nonsense.
Here are a few of the finer points concerning the privacy of your information:
- Your personal information (i.e. name, address, email) is only used to communicate to you Vend-Trak updates or issues with your account. This may include upgrade announcements or automatic confirmation emails (i.e. "...your payment has been recieved...", etc.).
- The information you store in your account is only accessible to you or any additional users you authorize to your account.
- Accounts are accessed through a username and password. Don't share your username password with anyone. If other people need access to your account, just create an additional user account for them (it's free, see My Account after logging in).
- All payment transactions are processed through 3rd party payment gateways on secure servers. We do not process transaction or store any financial information within Vend-Trak. All of the information for any payments are made through third party gateways. Once any transaction is complete, you are sent back to Vend-Trak to continue your membership.

If I sell my vending route, can my Vend-Trak account go to the new owner?
Of course! Once you pay for your next year of Vend-Trak, you can do with it whatever you wish. Even if that means transferring it to another person. To transfer your account, simply follow these steps: - Log into Vend-Trak
- Go to My Account and remove your personal information (you may need to type in some generic info since some fields are required)
- Give your username and password to the new owner
- Have the new owner log into and update the My Account page
It's that easy! Remember, no credit card information is stored with your account, so there is no fear of recurring charges once you turn your account over to someone else.
