How does the Partner Program work?

  The Partner Program works similar to a reseller program. Our partner sells the initial 1 year Vend-Trak membership to their customer directly, collecting the signup fee directly. Each month, the Partner pays a fixed rate only for the accounts created the previous month.
What do my customers get when they sign up with Vend-Trak?

  First of all, they get immediate access to the world's best Bulk Vending Business Management application. If your customer is new to the bulk vending business, Vend-Trak will start them off on the right foot from Day 1. If your customer is an industry vetran, Vend-Trak will help them manage their already growing business more effectively.

Secondly, they will get a 14 month subscription to the Vend-Trak application. This is the two-month "trial period" that all new customers are entitled to combined with the twelve-month subscription purchased from your company.

Lastly, they get immediate access to Vend-Trak as soon as they create their account. They will have access to all future upgrades and enhancements during their 14 months at no additional cost.

Once I sell a new account, who creates it?

  You get to decide. Your customer can create their own Vend-Trak account themselves, the sales representative can create the account, or one designated person at your company can create the account. Regardless of the route you decide to go, the key is to create the account with your company's unique "Keycode".
How is a new account linked to my Partner account?

  The Keycode is unique to your Partner Account and is used to link the user to your company.Through a "Keycode" that is unique to your company. When you sell Vend-Trak to one of your customers, their account must be created at www.Vend-Trak.com. From the home page, your company's "Keycode" is typed into the Keycode box and submitted. This automatically brings up the signup page with a message alerting the person that the account is being created through the partnership program. Since the user has already paid you, there is no payment required at this time; and the account is automatically active for 14 months.

How do I manage my Partner account?

  Your account can be accessed and managed in real time through our web site's Partner Administration pages. The Partner Admin pages allow you to see, in real time, the status and history of your account. These pages also allow you to manage your Partnership settings.
My company has several salespeople. How do they sign up to sell Vend-Trak?

  Once your Partner Account is established, your company will be provided an access username/password (that can be changed at any time) which allows access to the Partner Admin pages. Within these pages, you simply add a list of people who will be selling Vend-Trak. This way, each new account can be linked to an individual salesperson within your company.
Can my sales people track the people they have signed up?

  Of course! When you add your salesperson to the list within your Partner Admin pages, an Agent Account is automaticaly created for them (you must initially provide them with a username/password). They can then simply log into the Agents Administration page to see how they are doing.

In addition, when a new account is created under a salesperson, they are automatically sent an email alerting them to this fact.

Can I set my own price for Vend-Trak for my customers?

  Yes. As a partner you decide what your customers will pay for you their initial subscription with Vend-Trak.
Can I charge $0.00 for the account (i.e. can I give it away)?

  As a matter of fact, yes you can! In fact, many partners have decided to do this very thing. They set the price to "$0.00" through their Partner Administration pages. Then when their customer signs up (using their unique keycode), their initial cost is zero! Keep in mind that this is possible because, through your partner agreement, you pay a fixed amount to Vend-Trak for each new account that signs up under your partner code.

By doing this, the partners that opt for this approach use a "free" subscription to Vend-Trak as a "throw-in" to close another order.

I want to reward my top performing sales people. How do I track their progress?

  When you log into your Partner Administration page, you will see a complete history of your signups, including the representative responsible for selling the account.
How do I collect money when my company sells an account?

  You collect the membership fee directly from your customer through your own invoice system.
Do my customers get preferred pricing?

  They can. As a Partner, you determine how much, if anything, to charge for the initial membership to Vend-Trak. Regardless of how much you charge, your cost per account is fixed. Please contact us for a quote.
