Our Privacy Policy
In a simple statement, our Privacy Policy is this - any information you provide to Vend-Trak stays at Vend-Trak. We do not share or sell your personal information with anyone. We are in the business of providing you with an easy to use business management tool, not spamming so soliciting you with senseless nonsense.
Here are a few of the finer points concerning the privacy of your information:
- Your personal information (i.e. name, address, email) is only used to communicate to you Vend-Trak updates or issues with your account. This may include upgrade announcements or automatic confirmation emails (i.e. "...your payment has been recieved...", etc.).
- The information you store in your account is only accessible to you or any additional users you authorize to your account.
- Accounts are accessed through a username and password. Don't share your username password with anyone. If other people need access to your account, just create an additional user account for them (it's free, see My Account after logging in).
- All payment transactions are processed through PayPal on their secure servers. We do not process transaction or store any financial information. When you make a payment, you are sent to PayPal's web site to make the payment. Once the transaction is complete, you are sent back to Vend-Trak to continue your membership.
