  Vend-Trak is a web-based application that is custom-fit for managing bulk vending operations. Vend-Trak manages all aspects of the business - locations, expenses, machine services, inventory usage, business mileage, routes, and much more - and provides reports for viewing the status of the business at any time from any computer via the Internet.
How did Vend-Trak get started?

  Vend-Trak was created by a bulk vending business owner after discovering that there was no adequate system in existance. There were applications that could be adapted for a bulk vending business, but nothing that was tailor-made specifically for them. Vend-Trak is designed for the bulk vending business owner.

If I sell my vending route, can my Vend-Trak account go to the new owner?

  Of course! Once you pay for your next year of Vend-Trak, you can do with it whatever you wish. Even if that means transferring it to another person. To transfer your account, simply follow these steps:
  • Log into Vend-Trak
  • Go to My Account and remove your personal information (you may need to type in some generic info since some fields are required)
  • Give your username and password to the new owner
  • Have the new owner log into and update the My Account page
It's that easy! Remember, no credit card information is stored with your account, so there is no fear of recurring charges once you turn your account over to someone else.
Do you share my personal information?

  No. Vend-Trak is in the business of helping our users manage their vending operation, not selling information to third parties. Your information is only used for official Vend-Trak notifications and announcements. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
How secure is Vend-Trak?

  All of the information for your business is stored behind your username and password. Only you or your designated users can access your account.

  Vend-Trak is the complete accounting tool for your vending business. Vend-Trak helps you manage your business' locations, routes, service history, product usage, expenses, mileage, and more!
Can more than one person access my account? Can I add additional users?

  Yes, once your initial business account is created, you can add additional users to your account. There is currently no limit on the number of users you can add to your business. Each user can have one of three acess levels - Owner, Admin, or User. Each access level has pre-set permissions for viewing, editing, deleting, and modifying information for your account.
How many locations can I enter?

  There is no limit on the number of locations that can be added to your account in Vend-Trak.
How is my service history saved?

  Every machine at each location must be serviced (product added and money removed) at regular intervals. After servicing your machines, simply record the service details (i.e. how much product was added and how much money removed) in Vend-Trak.

The product usage is saved and averaged with historical usage to give you a better idea of what to expect in the future.

The amount of money removed from the machine is saved and displayed throughout Vend-Trak in charts and reports within Vend-Trak.

Can Vend-Trak help me determine how much product I need to buy?

  Yes! Vend-Trak looks into the history of each product type at each location in your business to estimate - based on past usage - how much of each product you will need when you service the machine the next time. The more you historical service records you record in Vend-Trak, the more accurate your predictions will be for future services.
My vehicle mileage is tax-deductable, but it's a pain to keep up. Can Vend-Trak do that?

  As a matter of fact, yes! Business mileage is a great expense to itemize on your annual taxes. Everytime you use your personal vehicle for a business purpose, make a quick entry into Vend-Trak. At the end of the year, you can quickly run a report that details and summarizes business travel in your personal automobile.
Does Vend-Trak track expenses?

  Yes, your business expenses can be recorded on the Expense Screen. Your expenses can be reported either graphically or on the Income-Expense report.
What kinds of reports does Vend-Trak create?

  Vend-Trak provides many reports and graphs covering all aspects of your business. For example, Vend-Trak creates an Income-Expense Report, a Route Service Report, a Mileage Report, and more! Log into Vend-Trak's demo account from the Home Page to see a full listing, and samples of, all reports. You my also run download reports that will Export your information to Excel.

Cost and Payment


How much does Vend-Trak cost?

  Vend-Trak is a subscription-based service. There is no cost to use Vend-Trak for the first two months. This is the trial period. To sign up for the trial period, simply create your account. There is no credit card requirement for the free trial. If you are not satisfied after the two-month trial, just walk with no further obligation. There is no "hidden" fee for canceling (or not calceling) the service.

If you decide to continue your subscription - and we know that you will - simply use the "Pay Secure with PayPal" button after logging in to pay the initial signup fee (currently $59.95).

After paying your initial signup fee, your account will remain active for one year. After each year, simply pay the annual subscription fee (currently $50/year) to renew your membership.
How do I pay for my membership?

  Vend-Trak uses PayPal's secure payment processing. When paying for your Vend-Trak service you will be sent to the PayPal website to complete the transaction and then redirected back to Vend-Trak after the payment has been successfully completed. No personal information (i.e. credit card numbers, checking account information) is stored or processed through Vend-Trak's web site.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?

  If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be given a choice to create one when paying for your subscription; but there is no requirement to create an account with PayPal.

If you do not have (and do not create) a PayPal account, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Draft. The transaction will still be processed on PayPal's secure servers even if you do not have a PayPal account.
